Oct 10th Meeting

Our next meeting is , Oct 10th , 9:30-11:30.    A handful reminders as we look forward to our meeting. Reminders: As a reminder, our meeting starts at 9:30am. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check your kids into MOPS Kids and settle in. As the church continues to undergo renovations, we will be meeting in the foyer this Tuesday. We appreciate your flexibility and patience with this! Heidi's table (Fearless) is providing brunch - thank you! Mentor Moms will be at the front doors until 9:20am to help unload your food and bring it inside. Optional: remember to bring $1s or $5s cash to enter our meal raffle fundraiser. Welcome to Maple Grove MOPS 2017-2018!

Welcome to Maple Grove MOPS! We are so excited to have you with us this year as we explore what it means to become Free Indeed. For some of you this might be your first MOPS meeting ever! Here are a few things to remember for our first meeting of the 2017-2018 year. Meeting Information A reminder that The Grove Church (formerly called Maple Grove Evangelical Free Church) is located at 8585 Rice Lake Rd., Maple Grove, MN 55369. Our meetings run 9:30am-11:30am. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check your kid(s) in their rooms and get settled There will be greeters at the front doors to direct you as needed. If you are  unsure of your table assignment this year please email  MapleGroveMOPS@gmail.com A reminder to bring a 4X6 (or smaller) picture of your family to our first meeting for our place mat craft. April 24th Meeting

April 11th Meeting

Speaker This week our speaker will be Becky Danielson. Her favorite title is Mom. She and her husband, Scott, have two sons. She is a licensed Parent and Family educator and co-founder of 1 Corinthians 13 Parenting. Becky candidly shares her life as a Christian wife, mom, and educator. Becky and Lori Wildenberg are the co-authors of Raising Little Kids with Big Love and Raising Big Kids with Supernatural Love, both with Study Guides. March 28th Meeting

March 14th Meeting

Craft A reminder that we will creating necklaces on Tuesday. If you would like to personalize yours, please consider bringing an idea from the following list. If you forget or if you would like something that we will provide for you, we will have plenty of pretty paper and quotes for you to use inside of your charm. Whatever you bring must be FLAT and 1" in diameter. February 27th Meeting

Speakers Our speakers joining us on Tuesday will be Travis and Dawn Rosinger are from Minneapolis, MN and are high school sweethearts. They have been married for twenty-three years and have two college age children. Travis has a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry and a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership.  Along with being a full-time pastor for over twenty years, Travis has taught Human Relations and in the Business discipline at colleges in Minnesota and Iowa. He is currently Pastor of Adult Ministry at The Grove Church in the Twin Cities and is a regular speaker at schools, colleges and marriage events both in th

February 14th Meeting

DAY OF PAMPERING Tuesday is the day of Pampering! Being a mom is one of the hardest (and best) jobs on earth but you need the chance to be pampered too! A few things to remember for our meeting Remember you and your kids to wear comfortable clothes (Pjs if you want). Valentines If your kids are 2.5 years old by September 1st, you can bring valentines for their room to share. Please write To: Friend so they can hang them out themselves. January 24th Meeting

Speaker Our very own Kari Leaman will be presenting next week! Before having children, Kari was an elementary school teacher.  She graduated from the Ohio State University in 2006 with a degree in Early Childhood Development.  She then earned her Masters in Elementary Education and Middle School Science at the University of Minnesota in 2008.  Over the next five years, she had five different teaching positions in kindergarten, first grade, and second grade in four different schools.  While each year brought on new challenges, she was able to learn and grow from each different age, culture, and socio-economic status.  Kari is excited to shar
