This Week's Reminders:

  • Donations for Robbinsdale Women's Center: baby bottle brushes, packaged pajamas 0-6 month, baby crib sheets, baby socks, girl outfits 0-6 month, baby health kits.  Please remember all items must be new.  Thanks!
  • Mark your calendars: Since we missed our last MOPS meeting due to the severe weather, we decided April 29th would be our makeup day.  This is a 5th Tuesday and therefore would normally be an off week.
  •  Start thinking about next year!  We as a steering team are starting to think about how our next year is going to look.  As always, a few steering team positions will open up.  Start thinking and praying if this is a way you would like to serve next year.

    This Week's MOPPETS:

Continuing with our theme of ‘Helping others’ as we focus on everyday ways children can help around the house including putting away toys, making beds and turning on/off lights.  To introduce this topic please highlight ways to help and affirm their efforts to help in the next few days.
  •  SnackI Help You Trail Mix: Chex Cereal, raisins,and mini-marshmallow

     Save the Date:

    • MOPS Mega Event:  Saturday, March 29th is the MOPS Mega Event.  All MOPS moms are invited to attend the MOPS Mega Event.  The day starts with a conference with breakout sessions and speakers and ends at the Mall of America with a Mom's Night out program.  Cost is $10.
    • Mom's Night Out:  This event has been changed to May.  It will either by May 9th or 10th and we will see the movie (fittingly titled) "Mom's Night Out".  Be watching for further updates on this event as it gets closer.
