April 12th Meeting

A reminder that everyone is encourage to come early. Remember child care opens at 9:15 so if you check your kids in early you can get settled early too!

Silent Action
We welcome your participation in the Maple Grove MOPS Silent Action during our meeting this week. During the silent action, you will have an opportunity to place bids on items ranging from household goods, children’s toys, clothes and accessories! It’s a great way to get some of the things you have been needing/wanting for great prices and for a great cause.
We will be viewing these items after the announcements on Tuesday morning.
Bidding: Please bring cash or check to MOPS that morning.
Contributing: If you wish to contribute items to the Silent Action, please:

1. Fill out a Silent Action Bid Form for each item
1. Provide full description of item
2. Provide suggested starting bid based on approximate current value
2. Drop off you new or gently-used items (anything you think other moms might like) to church before Monday, April 11th before 5PM

Steering Team Childcare
Thanks to all of you who have helped with child care for our MOPS Steering Team meetings. We have been blessed by your care of the children, and there are a lot! We are reaching out and asking for volunteers for May, our last meeting of the year. Could you please help? Please sign up here

Fundraisers
Thank to everyone that participated in the fundraiser at Culvers on April 7th from 5-9PM!
A reminder we will have one more fundraiser this year. The next fundraiser is at Chik-Fil-A on May 5th, 11-2 and 5-7. We will need four people to “man” the MOPS table during each time slot. Sign up coming soon.

Service Project
Mark your calendars, our spring service project will be on April 23rd, 4:30-6:30 at Feed My Starving Children. Please talk to your DGL so we know the numbers we can expect.

Brunch
A reminder that the PURPLE TABLE has brunch this meeting.
